To inspire his teams and as a leitmotif for the architecture and surroundings, Matteo Thun painted a watercolor that captures and reflects the spirit of the Chiemgauhof. Light and playful, with just a few lines, he gets to the heart of the design. The result is not just a building, but an attitude to life: open structures, natural materials and a flowing transition between inside and outside.
The warm earth tones of the façade, the green of the surroundings and the blue of the water are reflected in this design. Every brushstroke tells of the vision to create a retreat that blends effortlessly into the region - timeless, minimalist and with deep respect for nature.
